WE THINK YOU'LL LOVE US AFTER YOUR FIRST VISIT! BUT OF COURSE YOU'LL PROBABLY WANT TO COME AROUND A FEW TIMES BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISION TO GET MORE INVOLVED. HERE ARE THE FEW SIMPLE STEPS THAT YOU CAN FOLLOW TO LEARN MORE ABOUT US, AND TAKE YOUR COMMITMENT TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

Step 1 - PARTNER

WHAT'S A PARTNER?

A ‘Partner’ can be defined as “a person who takes part in a mission with others, with shared risks and profits.”

We think partnering with God is a pretty big deal. This church is certainly on a mission to impact a community, a nation, and the world with the Good News of what Jesus accomplished for you and me.

Accomplishing what God has placed in our hearts requires people like you partnering with us. Together we can accomplish more!

HOW DO I BECOME A PARTNER?

Participate in Next Steps! Next Steps is a one-time class that takes place following service on the 1st Sunday of each month. This class is designed around our process: Connect, Grow, Serve. In this class you will learn how to connect, grow, and serve in relation to your spiritual journey, as well as the local church. You will discover your purpose and learn how to live the life He created for you—"Life Without Limits."

Step 2 - SERVE

The Next Step in your journey is to get involved - and there is no greater satisfaction in life than serving others! Jesus said, "Whatever you did for the least of these, you did for Me." - Matthew 25:40.

Whether parking a car, holding a door, rocking a baby, or offering a smile to a stranger, life's truest fulfillment happens as you lay your life down for someone else.

We have a place just for you on one of our many CREWS

STEP 3 - LEAD

Let's face it - rarely do people feel adequate enough to lead other people. Read your Bible for just a minute and you'll find stories about Moses, who felt unqualified; David, who was the youngest of his brothers and not considered qualified for much; Gideon, who was hiding from the enemy; Esther, who felt like the odds were stacked against her; Joseph, who was working as a slave and a prisoner. The list goes on and on. And yet the Bible is built on God choosing these people to change the world.

The truth is that God loves calling the Unqualified! Why? Because the Unqualified must rely on God's help to get the job done. And these are the people that, once engaged, God always steps in to promote.

God doesn't call the qualified. he qualifies the called.jpg

So if you feel overwhelmed at the thought of being a leader, you are just the candidate that God is looking for!

FAQS

Am I committed to being a Partner by signing up for the class?
Not at all. This session simply provides answers to questions you might have. We would love for you to Partner after the session, but it’s not an expectation.

Do I need to be a Partner before I volunteer in the church?
We definitely encourage you to listen in to the vision of the church before committing to serve regularly. But if the next Partnership Class is 3 weeks away, and you’ve GOT TO serve now, we’d love to have you.

Will I be trained to lead a Circle?
Absolutely. We have training sessions for all new Circles Leaders, and have a staff member available to answer any questions that come up along the way. This is way easier than you think!

Do Crew members have to serve every week?
We understand that life happens, and you can get very busy at times. While we expect our partners to serve consistently, we understand you need breathers along the way. Serve as your time allows (although we think serving is addictive).
